Eliana graduated from the University of Manchester, with a first-class degree in English and Drama. She then completed her MFA in dramatic writing at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, with merit. She then gained extensive experience in script reading when working at leading London talent agencies. She now works as a freelance script editor and playwright.

An anti-love story about the perils of modern dating.

Anything With a Pulse had a sold-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe, transferred to the Park Theatre as their Pick of the Fringe in 2019, and then returned to the Park for a second run in 2022.

A man and a woman meet in a club.

Spotting each other from across the dance floor, they hit it off. Their story should be simple enough. But in a world where we hide behind games and personas, it doesn’t always play out like that.

He tries to fit in with his macho group of friends – ‘some of the biggest dickheads to grace this planet’. And she is torn between feeling comfortable with the unexciting ‘nice guy’, or facing the games and pretences of modern dating.
